La Dame Bleue was born in Marseille from a desire to create sincere, committed, and profoundly human cuisine.
Founded by Marseille chef Manon Alvarez, it now caters to weddings, brands, productions, and private events with a particular focus on meaning, detail, and emotion.
With her team, Manon envisions a free-spirited cuisine, rooted in her Mediterranean heritage, where ingredients, textures, and flavours come together to tell a story.
